Angry IP Scanner is really popular port scanner, because it is really fast.First of all, download Angry IP Scanner and run it.
Download :
Go to Options->Options (Ctrl+O). Here you can set all options. My options are - Timer delay: 20, Max threads: 50, Ping timeout: 2000, Ping count: 2, Port Timeout 4000. Display: Only open ports. Other options I left default. Remember that if you have really slow or really fast connection, you should set different options that are the best for your connection.
Now go to Options->Select Ports. Here you can choose which ports you want to scan. You can choose single port or port range. I choose these ports: 1080, 80, 3128, 6588, 8080. Port 1080 is for socks proxy servers, other are for http proxy servers.
Now in the main window you have to choose IP range which you want to scan. I think it is the hardest part, because you have to find a really good IP range with many proxy servers. You can try to look for a range in proxy list. For example, you have a good proxy server - 12.34.56.78. Now write in the main window IP range: 12.34.0.1 to 12.34.255.255. Now just click Start and wait. It is not very big range, so after some time you will see all results.
Ok, you have found IPs with open ports, but how to check which are proxy servers? All you have to do is File->Export all and choose file to save results. Then open Charon and make a right click in the main window. Then choose Load proxies->Import from scan results->AngryIPScanner and choose the file which you saved previously. Now you have proxy list to check with Charon. Checkproxies->Check anonymity of all proxies and Charon will check your proxy list. That's all.
