Assalam-0-Alaikum,

There are wide varieties of methods to redirect but , i am giving you one of the best that is used by me.
Some Hack Methods Like PHISHING And A. Phishing uses redirection This Can Be Helpful in many aspects.

So WHAT you Have To Do Is Simple,

Goto >> Template & Then Check "Expand Widget Templates"

1) Press CTRL + F and find this code:

<head>

2) Now Paste this code just below/after Searched code:

<meta content='5;url=http://www.Your-web.com/' http-equiv='refresh'/>

NOW Do the Following Changes:

Number 5 are the seconds after which blog will redirect use it as 1 to make redirect fast , Replace http://www.Your-web.com/ with your website address where you want to redirect blogger.

Advice:

Do at least 1 post on blogger before you edit template or add widgets on layout , otherwise your blog can be measured as SPAM
