Steps :
1)Goto This Website .
2) Search for keyword "YOUTUBE DOWNLOAD" ON search field of site.
3)Click on "Download YouTube Videos as MP4 PL" search result.
4) INSTALL button on the top right corner. install it .
5) And now visit youtube.com you will get download button :). checked on google chrome,firefox(latest 2012)
