INSTRUCTIONS :

1) Download From one of the above link and Extract Using Winrar.

 1.1) [optional] Download The Tool From Here.(You Can Download next versions VPN configs will work will most of versions)

2) And Now Open "VPN config" Folder , and copy all files and now paste on installed directory of software e.g C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config

3) And copy and replace 3 files from "Main Config" in  e.g C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\  .

4) Then run OpenVPN.exe   Run From desktop with admin rights.

5) Now Right click the blue computer icon appear on taskbar . and Now Connect to the VPN of country you want For Free .

6) Enjoy :) (You Should Have an idea that VPN sometimes re-connect again and again then close the program from taskbar and re-open it. to resolve it. )
